The Park Forest Villas is a professional and graduate apartment community located 2.5 miles from Downtown State College and Penn State Campus. We are one of the original garden-apartment complexes in State College. These are 480 square feet 1-bedroom apartments. Although we do include free parking, we are directly on a CATA city bus route which makes owning a vehicle optional. Plus, Tudek Park is right next door where you can hop on the State College bike path for commuting downtown or just for a little outdoor exercise. Plus, the Park Forest Villas 1 bedroom apartments are pet friendly. In addition, we’re now including a basic cable TV package, and a pretty respectable 25 mbps ethernet port.
